Charities We Support
Parkinson's Disease Society
PrimeCare Insurance Managing Director David Waters raised almost £7,500 for the Parkinson's Disease Society by running in the New York City Marathon in November 2009. Celebrating their 40th anniversary in 2010, the Parkinson's Disease Society funds research into the disease, offers support and advice to those affected, as well as working hard to influence government policy and the development of high-quality services at a local and national level. The Parkinson's Disease Society is a worthwhile and important charity that PrimeCare Insurance is proud to be supporting.
Our Hospice Clients
We are very privileged to act for a number of hospices and do all we can to make regular donations to each of them. They are:
The Martlets Hospice Based in our home city of Brighton & Hove, providing both in-patient and community services. Our MD, David Waters, also serves as a trustee for the trading operation of the Martlets.
Isabel Hospice who provide their fabulous caring service to the people of East Hertfordshire.
The Sussex Beacon Hospice who provide their first class services to people (men & women) living with HIV/AIDS.
They all receive a degree of NHS funding, but each have to raise over £5,000 each and every day of the year, so anything you can do to help will be gratefully appreciated.
