The current litigation and compensation culture means that this is an essential cover for any business in order to protect itself from possible legal proceedings and costs.

In order to initiate this protection, it is a requirement that you call the legal helpline, seek advice and ensure that it is followed.

In many cases, the 'knee jerk' reaction may be to act now and ask questions later, but the only way to ensure that your cover is validated, is for you to follow the advice from the team of trained and qualified solicitors.

All that we urge you to do is call the appointed advice line before taking any form of disciplinary action against any employee. If you do, we can help you; if you don't it's very difficult for us to help.
